Managing Partner, CEO

Aaron Fetters

Aaron Fetters is a senior executive who has spent a 20+ year career delivering value for the world’s largest brands. Early in his career he was on the front line of the “digital revolution” at Procter & Gamble helping guide many of their brands into the digital advertising and eCommerce era. He then spent several years at the Kellogg Company serving as director of the Insights and Analytics Solutions Center overseeing a broad marketing insights organization tasked with building leading-edge approaches in areas such as advanced digital marketing analytics as well as data management and programmatic strategies. More recently Fetters held the role of Executive Vice President Advertisers and Agencies at comScore where he progressed from leading a $6M CPG business to ultimately overseeing and growing $100M+ of total advertiser and agency revenue. Aaron later became a founding member of two venture backed advertising technology companies. Fetters' positions have enabled him to play an expanding leadership role within the digital and marketing research and analytics industry at large, through key roles and speaking engagements with the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), I-COM, iMedia, Association of National Advertisers (ANA), Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement (CIMM), and other organizations. Fetters formerly served as Co-Chair of the ANA Measurement Committee. Fetters has received multiple recognitions throughout the Marketing and Research industry for his achievements. He has been awarded the ARF Great Minds Game Changer Leadership award, and was previously named as one of Brand Innovators' "40 Under 40 Midwest" Class of 2014, as well as a iMedia 25 Marketing Leaders and Innovators.

Darren Rankine

Darren helps companies navigate the complex data and technology landscape to engage with their customers. Over the past 5 years, Darren has helped large corporations drive 1:1 Marketing and personalize Customer Engagements by combining data, technology and marketing strategies. For many years he held IT leadership positions in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. He architected and lead the McDonald's Global Business Intelligence platform and then went on to lead CRM and Loyalty globally for McDonald's Digital. Darren then became VP of Client Services at Plexure, a New Zealand based Customer Data Platform (CDP). There he helped their clients transform how they engaged with customers leveraging the Plexure platform.

Lindsey Daly

Lindsey Daly is an accomplished marketing professional with over sixteen years of experience developing and implementing integrated campaigns for global brands including Foot Locker Inc., Norwegian Cruise Lines, UnitedHealthGroup, ETrade, and AT&T. She is a creative and strategic thinker well versed in both traditional and digital media practices. Before joining Transparent, Lindsey was a member of the accounts discipline at Conversant, a leader in personalized digital marketing. There, in addition to managing over $40MM in billings and a large team of client service professionals, she also helped: guide development of new data-driven product solutions, consulted on platform innovation and was consistently acknowledged for delivering best-in-class account support.

Wes Waterston

Wes is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the data-driven marketing and advertising industry. He's held leadership positions at large companies like Comscore and Paramount Global, working closely with top marketers to drive growth and partnerships. Further, he's established go-to-market strategies for a number of innovative startups and international companies looking to establish operations in the United States. Clients best know Wes for delivering immediate impact, and infusing humor with business. Wes holds marketing degrees from the University of Michigan and Northwestern University.

Jon Suarez-Davis

Jon Suarez-Davis (JSD) helps brands unlock growth at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy. Over a 30-year career, JSD has guided marketing transformation for global enterprises and high-growth startups alike. At Kellogg’s, he rose to Vice President of Global Media & Digital Strategy, building the company’s media and digital marketing capability. As Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Krux, he led the firm through its acquisition by Salesforce, where he went on to serve as Chief Strategy Officer of the Marketing Cloud, shaping product and go-to-market strategy and integrating the Datorama acquisition. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer at super{set}, he helped scale ventures including Habu and Ketch. An active industry leader, JSD serves on the MMA North America Board, mentors through The Marketing Academy, and is an advisor and investor in AI-driven marketing ventures.

Bryan Simkins

Bryan is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation across marketing, technology, and operations. He’s held leadership roles at major organizations like Publicis Groupe and FedEx, where he helped global brands transform legacy systems and scale intelligent media and content solutions. Known for bridging the gap between creative, media, and data, Bryan has built and led production automation platforms that modernize how work gets done. Clients know him for bringing both technical expertise and a practical, forward-thinking approach to every engagement. Bryan currently leads Technical Solutions at Transparent Partners, where he’s focused on helping organizations future-proof their infrastructure with emerging agentic AI technologies.

Chris Marshall

Chris Marshall helps brands harness data and AI to deliver integrated media, analytics and creative solutions. Over a 20‑year career, Chris has led initiatives in media, ad tech, analytics, consulting and brand strategy, specializing in data‑driven marketing and AI solution engineering. He began as Analytics Product Lead at Starcom, architecting frameworks for programmatic measurement and optimization. At Ardent, he built a SaaS insights platform that fueled business transformation. As Executive Vice President of Analytics, Product and Measurement at Leo Burnett, he unified data science and measurement operations. At Publicis North America, Chris served as Chief Integration Officer for Creative Agencies before becoming Chief Audience Officer, scaling global audience practices and unlocking new revenue streams.

Oliver Amidei

Oliver has more than dozen years experience working as a technical strategist for marketing leaders. He’s currently a Director of Data, Technology & Analytics for Transparent, helping clients define strategy and leverage their technology and data assets. He brings a unique blend of digital marketing expertise, program/project delivery, and knowledge of enterprise data environments across a multitude of industries. Prior to Transparent, Oliver spent several years at both consulting and advertising firms working on data strategy, digital analytics, and ad targeting projects.

Rae Markwell

Rae Markwell is a seasoned marketing strategist and operations leader with over a decade of experience driving clarity, collaboration, and results across teams. She’s passionate about bringing structure to complexity, connecting strategy to execution, and turning bold ideas into actionable plans. Rae is highly motivated, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented. She’s a natural leader—equal parts curious, focused, and empathetic. She believes in the power of strong partnerships and creates space for others to show up as their full selves while aligning around shared goals. Rae thrives in environments where she can blend strategic thinking with operational rigor and is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Lana Rainier

Lana brings over 15 years of experience leading analytics, insights, and media transformation for some of the world’s most iconic brands. Prior to joining Transparent Partners, Lana spent her career at Procter & Gamble, most recently leading North America Media Analytics & Insights, where she shaped media analytics innovation, audience data strategy, and retail media partnerships across the region’s multi-billion dollar ad spend.

Lana is passionate about helping organizations turn complex data into clear, actionable decisions that drive growth. She is recognized for bridging strategy and execution, building high-performing teams, and advancing industry standards in cross-media and retail measurement. Her work has been recognized including Business Insider Rising Star, and she is a frequent industry contributor through panels, advisory councils, and leadership forums.

John Lillard

John D. Lillard is an enterprise architect providing technology and organizational transformation advice, training and mentoring to engineering and technology organizations. John has a passion for helping organizations define and implement their strategic vision. John is a results driven leader in enterprise information technology with 27 years of experience delivering solutions to unprecedented challenges faced by government, corporate and defense organizations. John has served in technology leadership roles for the United States Navy, Ultrak Corporation and Security Instrument Corporation. John holds a MS from the Naval Postgraduate School, a BS from American Military University and an AAS from Delaware Technical College. He also holds the following professional certifications: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) John lives in Charleston, South Carolina, USA where he and his wife enjoy spending free time cooking, gardening, and restoring furniture.

Kaela Carey Cifonelli

Kaela is a curious and collaborative marketing professional with a passion for innovating by aligning strategies, technologies and agile processes. She has over nine years of experience developing and implementing brand strategies, communication plans and digital marketing experiences for a wide range of clients. Kaela most recently was a Digital Evangelist working exclusively in the healthcare provider space. Her role was designed to ensure digital technologies and best practices were top of mind throughout strategy development and activation of integrated marketing campaigns. She also played a leading role in developing digital experience strategies for various healthcare clients, many of which were complex Academic Medical Centers with business priorities to increase patient acquisition and improve customer experience. Prior to SPM, Kaela spent several years in account management working with a wide range of CPG brands to plan, activate and measure digital media and content strategies.

Danny Mattis

Danny is a marketing and sales consultant who is passionate about helping clients identify and maximize growth opportunities. In his current role as VP of Data & Insights for Transparent Partners, he facilitates the development and standardization of measurement capabilities for marketing organizations. Prior to joining Transparent, Danny completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University. He began his career at Starcom Mediavest Group, gaining eight years of experience in digital media activation and analytics. Danny went on to earn his M.B.A. at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In the following two years, Danny served as the design lead for a range of commercial go-to-market and measurement strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 health care and financial service companies. Danny is eager to continue assisting Transparent’s clients in achieving top marketing effectiveness and efficiency through strategic measurement and investment decisions.

Aimee Bos

Aimee Boss helps organizations transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. With over a decade of experience across industries including retail, media, healthcare, technology, and financial services, she has partnered with leading brands such as the NBA, Verizon, Keurig, Tommy Bahama, CommonSpirit Health, and Dow Jones to solve business-critical challenges through analytics.

Specializing in MarTech transformation and customer data platform (CDP) implementation, Aimee brings a strategic yet practical lens to measurement design, audience strategy, and data enablement. Prior to joining Transparent Partners, she spent two years collaborating closely with the Chamberlain team and TP consultants, leading efforts to improve segmentation and unlock growth through advanced analytics.

Jacob Schmitt

Jacob is a marketing and technology professional with a passion for strategically implementing innovative technologies that solve complex organizational problems. He has experience working in marketing technologies, programmatic media, website development, consumer data strategies, among others. Before joining Transparent, Jacob was a strategy and operations lead with Education Funding Partners where their mission was to help find innovative funding solutions through Marketing for U.S. School Districts. His programmatic expertise was earned through curious and self-guided discovery, resulting in highly-effective campaigns that drove value for both advertisers and school districts alike. As a four-year varsity athlete from Northwestern University, Jacob excels at inspiring team collaboration and commitment to achieving a shared vision.

Lee Everett

Lee Everett is a Marketing Technology Professional with 12+ years of experience in Digital, Marketing, and Technology helping clients and brands unlock the most value of their technology stack. His expertise surrounds all things Marketing and Advertising Technology, Customer Data, and Digital Capability Development where he has held positions across iconic brands like Taco Bell and SC Johnson and the notable consulting firm, Accenture. Lee holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The University of Wisconsin, Madison. He lives near Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife and children and in his free time he enjoys being with his family, outdoor recreation, reading, and performing household renovations.

Dan Weinbeck

Dan Weinbeck is a business intelligence professional with over 10 years of experience in analytics leadership and business strategy. He has previously helped transform the analytics function at 3 Fortune 500 companies prior to joining Transparent Partners.

Dan graduated from the University of Iowa in 2015 with an MBA specializing in analytics. During his time there he completed a professional internship with Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts where he built attendance forecasting models and helped them to transition their financial reporting to Tableau. He also completed a summer internship with Darden Restaurants, doing customer segmentation work for Olive Garden with the Advanced Analytics Team. After graduate school, he joined 3M where he played various roles over the course of 7 years. He led a data science team to supporting a $13 billion dollar per year marketing organization, was charged with creating or growing analytics teams, and transforming the sales and marketing organizations into functions that prioritized the usage of data in their daily lives.
